Rain or Shine!

The GIANT WORK PARTYis our annual opportunity to prepare our fields and complex for the upcoming season. However, this cannot happen without the support of all our parents! So, WE NEED YOU!!

TIME REQUIREMENT for EACH TEAM

ONE HOUR of ADULT VOLUNTEER TIME

for EACH PLAYER on the TEAM

Here are some of the things we need to accomplish:

• Raking winter leaves, some general weeding
• Sod cutting to repair "lips" on infield
• Sweeping & cleaning dugouts & scorekeeper booths
• Re installing backstop tarps
• Touch-up painting of signs & rails
• Cleaning & organizing Snack Shack
• and on, and on………..

No special skills are necessary - there is plenty to do for everyone! However, anyone with construction or handyman experience should reach out to Tim for assistance with some special projects.

The GIANT WORK PARTYwill proceed, rain or shine, so please come prepared. And don't forget your garden and/or work gloves!

There will be an "Assignment" table set up near the Snack Shack. All volunteers should check in first to receive their work assignment and sign-in/out for your player's team to receive credit for hours worked.
